An expert report outlines any defects and building works that are in dispute.

Yes,  we do Quantum Meriut Reports

A Quantum Meruit Report is provided where the works undertaken had not been given written approval and a verbal agreement was reached at the time of construction. Disagreements arise between the homeowner and subcontractor when payment of the final invoice is due.

The report determines the amount to be paid for services when no contract exists or when there is doubt as to the amount due for the work performed but done under circumstances when payment could be expected.
